New Machinery: Since the time we moved to our new premises, we've been adding more machinery while increasing machine shop capacity. Now with 2 CNC turning centers as well as new additions to our ever growing line up of vertical machining centers, we now have ample production capacity to accomodate new contracts . . . Rework and Assembly: A substantial element of our day to day business is the rework and assembly of ancillery mould components and other associated parts. The existence of our fully equipped assembly areas coupled with our work force of persons trained and adept at this type of activity lends itself well to assuming manual assembly contracts for local businesses . . . About UsIn the beginningMouldtech Plus Inc. began nearly a decade ago as a foam mould reworking company. In the early years and with only a handful of employees, our focus was limited to servicing moulds that had been taken out of production for scheduled maintainance. From this foundation, we branched into refurbishing mould components and eventually entered the area of building new moulds. All aspects of these initial business actrivities have followed their natural paths of vertical expansion to a point where we are now stocking suppliers of a vast array of small parts, components and abrasives to an ever growing client base.
Our recent move to a new facilityBack in early 2006, we moved from our original 4,000 sq. foot location to our own 10,000 sq. foot building, providing us ample room for expansion. This allowed us to add more CNC and conventional machinery, thereby increasing our overall production capacity and extending our list of in house capabilities. |
