New Machinery: Since the time we moved to our new premises, we've been adding more machinery while increasing machine shop capacity. Now with 2 CNC turning centers as well as new additions to our ever growing line up of vertical machining centers, we now have ample production capacity to accomodate new contracts . . . Rework and Assembly: A substantial element of our day to day business is the rework and assembly of ancillery mould components and other associated parts. The existence of our fully equipped assembly areas coupled with our work force of persons trained and adept at this type of activity lends itself well to assuming manual assembly contracts for local businesses . . .      At Mouldtech Plus Inc. we are striving to become a leader in the machined industrial components industry to compliment our mould building and mould reworking businesses. While always maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction, we endeavor to provide high quality workmanship and ontime deliveries while working closely with our clients to meet their needs.

Abrasives Supply

     The aluminum mould building, reworking and repair business has been instrumental as the foundation of our company. Since our inception, we have expanded into a number of areas complimentary to this important aspect of our core business. As users of enormous volumes of abrasive consumables, we are able to purchase in large quantities and re-distribute a vast array of abrasive products to smaller quantity users at extremely competitive pricing.

CNC Production and General Machining

     Additionally, the ancillary business of small components supply has led us to establishing a CNC prodution department to compliment our manual machine shop capabilities. Today we have a fully equipped conventional machine shop with numerous manual production stations, as well as CNC production turning and machining capabilities.
